[Exchange or Return Policy]- Please make sure to read all the guidelines before placing an order.- Items purchased can be returned and exchanged within 14 days from the delivery if defective or wrong products were delivered.- Please note that only 1 time exchange is permitted, the exchanged order does not qualify for second exchange. We will offer you a refund if goods you received turn out to be faulty after the first exchange. In this case, you should properly destroy and dispose of defective products and send us a video as an evidence.- Please take a video as an evidence when you open the box of the parcel. 1. Paper products1) There may be small spots, stains, ink splashes, dots, scratches, and other slight defects due to the printing process.2) There may be slight bends and wrinkles in the paper.3) Printing color can vary from product to product.2. Foil Printing1) There may be slight feathering, color changes, scuffing, peeling and unsharp edges.3. Transparent Photocards (PET film)1) There may be some scratches, spots, cuts, marks, and etc on the surface.4. Acrylic Products1) Please peel off the protective film on the both sides of the products before use. The scratches, marks, and wrinkles on the film are not defective. (You can peel off the film with your finger nails starting from the edge of the product.)2) Printing color can vary from product to product.3) There may be slight scratches, spots, ink splashes, dots, air bubbles, and other slight defects due to the manufacturing process. Also, there may be slight scratches or cracks on the cutting surface.4) In the case of epoxy covered acyrlics, there may be some air bubbles, flow marks, and overflow over the edges, and etc.5. Metal Products1) There may be slight dusts, spots, scratches and marks on the surface. In the case of epoxy covered acrylics, there may be some air bubbles, flow marks, and overflow over the edges, and etc.2) There may be some hair-lines on the surface due to the manufacturing process.6. Ceramics and Glassware 1) There may be some air bubbles, flow marks, marks, spots, hair-lines, irregularities, and etc. on the surface due to the manufacturing process.7. Stuffed Animals/Dolls1) Sewing, embroidery, print color, etc. may vary from product to product.2) The size of the product may vary depending on the measurement method.3) Keep away from firearms and high temperature objects.4) Please note that the machine wash can damage the fabric or the stuff.8. Perfumes1) Perfumes may contain natural ingredients which can cause sedimentation. This does not affect the product quality and safety.2) If any irritation on the skin occurs, please discontinue use immediately.3) Please note that the perfume can cause stains on the clothes.4) Keep away from firearms and high temperature objects.9. Others1) Please note that we do not offer exchange or refund in the case of damaged or defective packaging such as packaging box, insert paper card, etc.

You are eligible for exchange or return in the following cases:
- You can exchange or return your order within seven (7) days of receiving your contract details. If the delivery is delayed after you have received your contract details, you can exchange or return your order within seven (7) days upon receipt of your order or after the start of the shipping date.
- You may exchange or return your order within three (3) months following delivery or within thirty (30) days of becoming aware that the goods and services were delivered in specifications that are different from how they were advertised or promised.
You are not eligible for exchange or return in the following cases:
- If the goods have been damaged or destroyed due to causes attributable to you (However, you are eligible to cancel your order if you had opened the packaging to examine the contents.)
- If the value of the goods has depreciated significantly due to partial or heavy use
- If the value of the goods has depreciated significantly because a long period of time has elapsed, making it difficult to resell the goods
- If the packaging has been damaged for goods that can be reproduced as identical counterfeits
- If we have obtained your consent of ineligibility because irrecoverable damage to the seller is expected in the case of an order cancellation for goods that are produced individually for an order.
- If the provision of digital content has already commenced. (However, this shall not apply to the portion for which the provision of such digital content has not commenced in cases of a contract comprising divisible services or divisible digital content.)
※ You bear the cost of returning your order in the case of an exchange or return whereby the reason for exchange or return is based on your preferences (including exchange for a different color or size, etc.) rather than damage or if the product not matching its description.
[Delivery Policy]
- If the delivery is delayed due to a problem with the courier, address abnormality, or pandemic such as COVID-19, the order may be canceled.
- We only ship by post office(EMS) to all destinations outside Korea.
- Orders may be cancelled if the product is no longer available and has not been dispatched.
- Separate orders cannot be shipped together, so if you want to deliver to the same delivery address, please settle in one order.
- Orders cannot be changed or modified once they are placed.
[Pre-order Policy]
- Pre-orders can be canceled within 7 days of the order being placed.
- If you order pre-order products with other regular stock items, the regular stock items will not ship until the pre-order items ship.
Please note some regular items or free gifts of them may be out of stock due to limited availability
while your order has been on hold until the date of shipment of pre-order products.
- If there is any product out of stock/unavailable for sale, we will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and
for products which are out of stock, we will refund the amount paid them.
